Jen gave us great advise during all phases of selling our property. She was very knowledgeable of the overall market and specifically of our planned community. She was extremely helpful preparing the property for sale and even helped coordinate with contractors doing the repairs to get the house in the best condition for sale which was important to us as we were no longer located in the area. She was very professional and informative as market conditions changed dramatically during the buildup to putting the house on market. Gave us very solid advice on valuation of our house during the changing market conditions and focused the selling features of house of view and location. She did an awesome job showing the house with excellent pictures and videos for websites. She had excellent showings with the most activity in the community we lived in and giving us solid recommendations on counteroffers as we received offers. Lastly, I would say she worked hard all the way to closing and I highly recommend using Jen for selling your high-end home in Las Vegas.

The Las Vegas housing market is very fast paced and houses move quickly. Most of
the houses I was looking at on Realtor (dot com) were already in contract. Jen
was able to send me only available houses and show some of them to us the next
day. We found a house we liked very quickly and made an offer. Jen was
professional about offering advice and making suggestions through the process.
The only thing I wish we would have done differently is listen to Jen about
choosing a lender. She offered up someone she knew well and worked with often.
However, we chose another lender who was a nightmare! But Jen stayed the course
with us and kept her patience (even when I did not). During the thirty-day
closing period we wanted to get access to the house on several occasions. Get
measurements, check irrigation system, water sample from the pool, etc. Again,
Jen was so patient and made herself available for our every request. She also
made sure she was present at signing, which, in my experience does not always
happen. I would strongly suggest Jen to anyone looking for a truly
professional agent.
Jen was recommended by two, close, personal friends, both of
whom she had helped with home purchases. Jen was everything that our good
friends described. She is thoughtful, courteous, a good listener, knowledgeable,
helpful, educational, and many other wonderful adjectives. This review cannot
